Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 23, 2026
This policy explains what information Tony Bui, CPA ("we", "us") collects through this website, how we use it, where it is kept and when it may be shared. Information you give us through this website is kept confidential and used only for the purposes described here.
Information We Collect
When you send our contact form, we receive your name, email address, phone number (optional), the topic you choose and your message.
When you finish the Business Tax 360° Quick Review, your five answers are sent to this website's server, which works out the estimate and sends it back to your page. The answers go as choices only (for example "Nail Salon" or "$1M – $5M"), without your name or contact details, and the server does not save them. We receive your answers and result only if you choose to send them to us; then we also receive your name, email and phone.
With every form we also receive the page you sent it from. With every form and every Quick Review calculation, the server also receives your IP address, as part of any internet connection. We use the IP address only to limit spam, through a short-lived counter that is deleted automatically. So that an address gets at most one confirmation email a day, we also keep a one-way coded (hashed) form of your email address for about a day; it is then deleted automatically.
This website itself sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising trackers. The embedded Google Map is loaded from Google, which receives your IP address and may set its own cookies, under Google's own privacy policy.
How We Use Your Information
To answer your question, to provide the services you ask about, and to send you an automatic email confirming that we received your message.
We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to a marketing list.
Where Your Information Is Stored
A form you send is delivered as an email to our office mailbox, through our website host's email service. The website itself does not keep a database of submissions.
Documents you share with us as a client are exchanged through our secure client portal (TaxDome), under that portal's own security and privacy terms.
When We May Share Information
With the service providers that host this website and deliver its email, only as needed to do that work.
When the law requires it, for example a valid subpoena or court order.
With your permission.
How We Protect Your Information
This website uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and access to messages is limited to our office. No method of sending or storing information over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Please do not send Social Security numbers, bank details or tax documents through the website form. Ask us for a secure portal link instead.
Your Choices
You can ask us to tell you what information we hold about you from this website, or to correct or delete it, by contacting us below. We may keep information we must keep by law or professional standards.
Children
This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes to This Policy
If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page with a new date.
